Indoor Triathlon
-March 5-16, Monti Physical Fitness Center
3 - Person Teams and Individual Categories. 10 mile bike ride on upright bikes, 3 mile walk/run on treadmill. Packets and time cards can be picked up at the
front desk of the Monti Physical Fitness Center March 7- 18. Open to all Active Duty Military assigned/attached to Fort Drum. Family Members 18 years and
older, Retirees, Reservists, and DoD Civilians. Segments can be completed from 9 - 11 am, 1 - 3 pm and 5 - 7 pm. Swim segment can only take place from 1-3

The fun begins at Parks and Recreation when participants are fitted with equipment and given training, then offered a van ride to Remington Park Trail Head.
Skiing is enjoyed until 11 am after which a lunch of soup and sandwich is provided by the Commons and is at a cost of $7.00 per person. This weekly program
will be offered each Thursday once an appropriate amount of snow has accumulated. For more information, call Mark Schnittger at 772-8222.

In Her Shoes: Living with Domestic Violence

This simulation activity is used to increase awareness of the struggles that women with abusive partners face. The activity illustrates how domestic violence is
a community tragedy, not a private problem, the ups and downs a battered woman faces over the course of many years, and shows how we all have a role in
