 A set consistent date is chosen for all drawings.
 Up to that date, verified players may buy tickets.
 On drawing day, 1st prize winners will have their
student loan paid off in full. The remaining funds will
be used to pay off the 2nd place winner and 3rd,… etc.
if applicable.
 If the total sum raised is enough for the 2nd winner
picked but not enough to cover the total loan,
whatever portion that is left that was raised will be
paid toward their loan.

monies raised are re-distributed as prizes via
validated loan-payment.
