muscles around joints. Focusing on the development of fast and slow twitch muscle.
Results – Increased agility, flexibility, improved form increasing running speed,
improved endurance, and increased response time of fast twitch muscles.
This program or the development of other types of programs to improve results can
be implemented for all types of sports.
