2. What are the Web 2.0 Tools?
Applications-Technologies that have contribute to
the change of the Internet and the way that the
client-server model work. All the means that offer to
the web pages the ability to be dynamic and
collaborative and to the users the ability to be
collaborative and form a web page according to their
own needs rather than be passive and just read what
web pages creators are writing.
3. What this activity is about?
At a previous activity each of the people of this group
has made its own list about Web 2.0 Tools of
Collaboration that they use in their everyday life, both
for job purpose, for communicating or just for fun.
For the purpose activity the people of the group had a
conversation in which they combined the tools that
they both use. In conjunction to that they made some
lists about the ways that all those tools have enhanced
their everyday life. Finally, because everything has
both a good and a bad side, the members of the group
discussed about advantages and disadvantages that
have discerned throughout the use of the tools.
After the end of the discussion the following board
has came up:

17. To sum up…
Technology is updating every day even more, but always
around one standard: give the ability to businesses and
every day people to plan their tasks, communicate with
friends, collaborate with other people and amass
information through every kind of machine that can use
the internet. Maybe this is a way to assimilate more easy
globalization in our everyday life and downrate distance
even more. Maybe it is just one more risk which will make
people trapped and without the right to private life.
If this new situation is good or bad is too soon to tell. The
only thing that is sure is that the only way to apply those
new technologies in our everyday life is Web 2.0 Tool.
Apart from their advantages and their disadvantages they
are the window to what we call Web 2.0 World and a great
new experience to follow, at least for now…
