The Disaster Credit Management System (DCMS) is the loan origination system
currently used by the Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Disaster
Assistance (ODA) to process disaster loan applications (including loan modifications) up
to the final disbursement of funds. The purpose of the DCMS Modular Technology
Refresh Project (MTRP) is to implement four sub-systems of DCMS:
