facilitate problem resolution teams and to lead line during busy period. This included maintenance and QA.
Responsible for enhancing the departments' performance by transitioning from a fully automated facility to a
significantly more complex manual operation. I also managed a team of over 70 employees and increased the
daily throughput from 3000 cases per shift to 4000 in less than four weeks. My scope responsibility was for
approximately $10 million in annual revenue. I am responsible for training, staffing, reporting production results
and safety to production manager, managing staff according to production demands and processing
administration task.
