1º To prevent obesity, you SHOULD
prevent excessive consumption of sugars
and fats, and alcoholic beverages, which
have many calories. It is also advisable to
practice some kind of sport or exercise.

cholesterol-rich foods, such as fatty meats,
cheeses, eggs, animal fats, whole milk,
sausages, etc. And you SHOULD increase
intake of blue fish such as tuna or
sardines, which reduce blood cholesterol
levels.

consumption of foods cooked with
reused oils and smoked foods, which
contain substances hazardous to
health and raise the appearance of
certain types of cancer.
