Membership Cancellation And Re-Registration Process
1. Lyoness Membership - Cancellation and Re-registration Process
As you know, everyone can join Lyoness for FREE. But there is a requirement
to activate the membership by making a purchase within the first 30 days of
registration (no minimum purchase requirement). However, some people get
busy and may forget to make their required purchase within the 30 day trial
period and subsequently, their membership gets cancelled. See below for
clarification of the re-registration process:
. As of May 1, 2013, every cancelled member has to re-register with a
Friendship Flyer (and not on-line). Friendship Flyers are available thru
Lyoness at a cost of $3.00 each.
. This re-registration procedure applies to trial members that did
not make their initial purchase within the 30 days Trial Period and were
subsequently cancelled.
. No payments will be booked to a cancelled member and a purchase is
required to confirm their full registration. Transferring money into the
purchase account will not keep the account active.
. A cancelled member can only be re-activated under a new
Recommender, if they have been inactive for 6 months or more.
* A cancelled membership will not be re-activated by making a
purchase. The Recommender has to re-register the cancelled member and then
the re-registered member can make a purchase.
