1. FIND AVAILABLE FREE APPOINTMENT TIME FOR A STAFF
MEMBER
 Find free time for staff appointments
In the main appointment screen, click on the area
surrounding
the desired staff member’s photo. A pop up box will appear
with
several options. Click on Find Available Free Time.
This will then bring up another box in which you select the
Service
that the customer is requesting. You can also select
Combination Packages
if the customer is wanting more than 1 service.

2. Next select the Service that the customer is enquiring about.

3. Then you can select the time that the customer wishes to
book, then
Go to that Date and book the appointment in the time slot as
you
would a normal appointment
