2. Ahhh….Spa Parties! I learned about Arbonne through a little spa night at Angie Pingley’s house. I just wanted to soak my feet, and support my friend Angie, who was the hostess. I didn’t know how that little spa party would change my life.
3. My why That was over 4 years ago. And, after that party, all I could think about was my then 2 year old son, Evan. At the time, I was a kindergarten teacher. I wanted to be Stay at Home mommy, and I didn’t fully realize it until I had to teach that first full year of Evan’s life. I saved money that year by working two part-time jobs alongside my full-time teaching job. That afforded me the one and only year I thought I would be home with Evan. And then came Arbonne…
4. amaZIng leadership RVP, Kim Lacefield, began to share with more about this business. I wanted what she had, but I was scared I couldn’t do it, and worried what people would think if I ultimately left teaching. It took me a few weeks to decide (I suggest you just jump in), but once I chose Arbonne, I met the other wonderful leaders on my team who would teach me how to do this business. I love you, Kim, Sheri & Carleeta!!! (yes, that is Sheri).
5. It’s not a secret I learned that the “Recipe for Success” is not a Top Secret Formula that’s only shared with the select. I was taught how to do what the leaders in this business have done. I started following the “Recipe”, and now I have gone from exhausted school teacher to a Rock Star! (or at least I feel like one).
6. So let’s take a journey together Allow me to share with you just a small part of what it has taken me to get to this point in my business, what I have been able to enjoy along the way, and where I am going. Work hard, play harder, right?
7. Put your Big Girl Panties ON In my opinion, this business is mostly just a decision. I decided to do something different so I could have something different. I decided to become better, overcome obstacles, to not let others or my excuses stand in my way, and to not let whatever “life” had to offer me make or break me.
8. Then, I got to Work?! I started sharing the products and business opportunities through our relaxing spa nights. (Yes, the little guy is my son…something for everyone, right?).
9. Because of Arbonne… It took consistency & persistence to get to this point, and I’m no where near done. I am so thankful I have a business like Arbonne that allows me to work as hard as I want, when I choose, and how I choose. I now spend each part of my day how I want and with whom I want. I have choices I never had before, and that is the ultimate freedom.
10. Now, I get to sleep in Yes, this is one of the perks for me (and Evan)! I love sleeping in. I used to stress the day before about how early I had to get up the next day. Not anymore! My life seems much more relaxed in all aspects. Oh, the wonders of good sleep and a relaxing morning.
11. What Fun we can have I have been afforded the choice to take time to enjoy life, to be a part of my son’s life, and to help change the lives of others.
12. Deciding every day One of the blessings has been to be a part of my son’s school experiences. I remember before he was born, I was sitting in my classroom and watching the moms who were volunteers. All I could think was “I will never get to the be that for Evan.” That was before I knew about Arbonne. This year, Evan just finished Kindergarten, and I got to walk him to school, pick him up every day, be a room mom, go on the field trips, and this fall I will be the PTO President.
13. Amazing vacations Atlantis, Bahamas, 2007 My first Arbonne trip. I took my sis. My mom & dad took a vaca of their own and met us there. Wow! What a nice bonus for my first year’s work! My sis won big while we were there, so we had a special spa day!
14. Amazing vacations Cancun, 2008 I took my sis again. Love being able to be able to spend this special time with her.
15. Amazing vacations Cancun, 2009 I used to tell myself I don’t like to vacation. I have since learned that I really like to vacation, I just don’t like to have to pay for it. Thanks Arbonne!

17. global training conferences We have exceptional training opportunities! VEGAS is our yearly training with Corporate. Of course we have fun, too!
18. Team trainings Our team trainings and retreats are held different places throughout the year (STL, Chicago, OKC), and allow us to learn more while building relationships with our teams and leaders.
19. The big picture While the all of the trips, rewards and incentives are beyond anything I’ve ever received before, what has been even better are the friendships, the lifestyle and the person you become by doing a business like Arbonne.
20. friendships Arbonne has allowed me to reconnect with old friends, and to make new friends along the way!
21. Family first One of my favorite parts I never saw coming was just being able to put family first. Spending time with my son every day is such a blessing. And the little things like being able to just take off & GO when need be (like when my sis got married in TN & then when my nephew decided to make an early arrival) are things I had never even thought about being possible. So often our Jobs determine how we spend our days. Not with Arbonne.
22. What’s next I have an amazing team, and together, we are creating our future for ourselves and our families. There are so many people they don’t know about Arbonne yet, and we are gonna keep sharing it. What’s next, sky’s the limit!
