Teachers can use the internet to communicate with
students and parents. Assignments, grades, and
attendance information can be obtained on school or
teacher websites such as Tiftschools.com or I-Cue.

E-mail and other various formats are
used frequently by
teachers, administrators, students, and
parents to keep the flow of information
going.

Teachers and administrators use the internet to

certification purposes. In Georgia, RESA sites offer
these type of courses online.

All levels of educators use the internet to take
undergraduate and graduate level course to obtain

Maps are a very important teaching tool in my field of
social studies. I use various maps sites including
Google Maps and Google Earth to demonstrate spatial
proximity. This helps students get a better grasp of
abstract information.

Google or a large number of other sites.
