   Served as assistant project manager on large, regional GIS projects in Ohio: “The Franklin County Area

Flight Operations Manager | 2007-2008  Led 11 staff members (pilots, operators, technicians) for the acquisition of aerial imagery throughout the Americas while maintaining an average profit margin greater than 20%.  Managed and maintained the operation of three twin-engine aircraft and five aerial sensors valued at approximately $7.5 million; managed an annual operating budget of approximately $500,000.  Coordinated aerial acquisition over and along the United States/Mexico border between aerial crews and multiple Mexican government agencies.  Obtained the necessary permits from the FAA, U.S. Secret Service, and Transportation Safety Administration for acquiring aerial imagery over Washington, DC (P-56) in preparation for the 2009 Presidential Inauguration.  Successfully acquired digital aerial imagery and three-dimensional terrain data within the continental United States, Canada and Central America in excess of 50,000 line miles annually. Project / Phase Manager, Cadastral Specialist, Photogrammetric Technician | 1990-2007  Processed data and established production procedures for LiDAR data for multiple clients throughout the Americas, including The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), OGRIP, and the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania.  Prepared and presented numerous papers at 10+ international GIS conferences and regional technical trade shows.  Defined work flow, trained staff, prepared client communications, wrote progress reports, and estimated project costs for numerous GIS/photogrammetric clients.

David Green Page 5  Managed all phases and tasks of parcel map (cadastre) creation, compilation and conversion for numerous county clients throughout the country (lower 48).  Managed and trained inmates for production staff at the North Central Correctional Institute in Marion, Ohio in cooperation with The Ohio Penal Industries / Ohio Off-Shore Industries (OPI/OOSI).  Served as assistant project manager on large, regional GIS projects in Ohio: “The Franklin County Area Geographic Information System (Columbus)” and “The Cincinnati Area Geographic Information System (CAGIS).”  Led an 18-person production staff that was distributed over three shifts per day on multiple GIS projects. 2003 – 2008 | Motorcycle Ohio, Ohio Department of Public Safety | Columbus, Ohio Motorcycle Ohio (motorcycle.ohio.gov), a division of ODPS, is a provider of motorcycle safety training. Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) RiderCoach  Trained and facilitated learning for students on the skills of safe motorcycle riding, achieving a success rate of 85% while training 288 students in 2007.  Lectured before private groups throughout the state as a member of the Motorcycle Ohio Speakers Bureau.  One of 24 recipients of “The 2004 Instructor Achievement Award” out of 192 eligible RiderCoaches.
