3. Re-Naming Gradebooks
Go to Gradebook Grid,
then select your Reading
class.
Click on the Options tab,
then change the name of
your class to the subject area
and your name
i.e. READING - CROOK
4. Hide Empty Gradebooks
Go to the empty class (or
class you want to hide), and
click the X.
It is NOT deleted, just hidden
from view. To get it back
click the + tab to the right of
your last gradebook
5. Adjusting Category Weights
The default category weights
are assigned by the
county, but we can make sub-
categories within each one:
i.e. if ASSESSMENT counts
for 50% of the reading
grade, we can make Rdg
Level 25%, Comprehension
15%, and Fluency 10% -
THEY MUST ADD UP !
6. To Combine, or Not to
Combine
If you teach a Focus or
Resource cluster at the same
time as a reg. ed cluster, they
SHOULD be together in the
same gradebook already. If
you are seeing them as
separate gradebooks, please
fill out this form
