1. WRITTING OF UNIT 2: MY
TOWN
I live in a small town in the south of Cadiz, called ''Sanlucar de
Barrameda''. 50 years ago the city was very different.
The city was much smaller and the buildings were not very high, but
now the city has more people and buildings are taller and modern. There
were less and were smaller shops that used to be at the center of the city,
but now people buy in big shops on the outskirts of the city like ''Las
Dunas''.
Transportation was very different, not everyone could have
transportation. There used to be a train station but the railway are not now.
Now almost everyone has a car or motorbike.
My grandparents lived for 50 years in the city, they say they could go
to the cinema or the cafe, now the cinema is still there, although there is
also a sports center.
In conclusion, life was very different but now also good.
