How did you use new
media technologies in
the construction and
research, planning and
evaluation stages?

2. Throughout the project I used lots of different
technology some I had used before and others
that I haven’t used. I used programmes such as
Microsoft office and PowerPoint to create my
written work. Although I had used blogger
before I developed my skills such as imbedding
videos. I also learnt new skills by using websites
like slide share to share PowerPoint
presentations I had created. We used canon
xm2 cameras to shoot and I had never used a
camera like this so therefore learnt how to use
this equipment. In general the internet was a
useful tool, sites such as Google were used
many times to research existing record
companies and artists. Sites such as facebook
also helped to get into contact with our target
audience and made it easy for us to get into
contact with them.
