2. Unemployment:
• Widespread unemployment in neighbourhoods
reduces resources, which may result in
inadequate and low-quality housing,
underfunded schools, restricted access to
services and public transportation, and limited
opportunities for employment, making it more
difficult for people to return to work (Brisson,
Roll, & East, 2009)
• It is the condition in which people wants to work
but they do not have enough jobs.
• Unemployment, is the social problem in which
member of society or societies are enable to fulfil
their basic need.

3. Why to care for unemployment??
• It is a social evil which instigate the fire for
other social evils.
• People get frustrated, look after other ways-
specially negative- to overcome their basic
needs.

4. Government’s Role:
The Government collects statistics on the
unemployed for many reasons .
Some areas to look at are.
1.Is unemployment increasing or decreasing?
2.Is it in just one area or nation wide?
3.Who is losing there jobs?

5. Education:
• Education is the only process through which
individual can have better understanding of
himself and various positive means to cater
his needs.
• Effective education including vocational
training programs can help to eradicate the
uneployment ratio.

6. Hard Work.
• The capacity of an individual to work hard
distinguish him/her from others.
• This is the element that can enable individuals
to keep themselves up in harsh times.

7. Will.
• Through will the individuals can survive from
deserts to cold glacier areas.
• Will of an individual keep the mind at a certain
focus.
• Keep the energy going and help to refrain
from frustrations.
• Even helpful to remain away from social evils.

8. Role of other social agents.
• The role of government to eradicate this social
evil is of high priority.
• Government is responsible to keep proper
check and balance to at least provide the
layman to fulfil the basic needs.

9. Experienced Members.
• Employed individual from various sectors
must realise their role to overcome this evil.
• They must keep themselves away from
superiority complex and atleast think the
steps they will definitely keep the society
healthy and wealthy.
• On the other hand it will be beneficial for
themselves indirectly.

10. In the nut shell.
• Unemployment is the social problem that can
only be over-come through collective efforts.
• Engaging our own self in various activities
because we all have unique qualities and
should try our level best to utilise them
properly.
• Because at the end, we all together can make
anything work.
