• Location: Mahindra and Mahindra, Zaheerabad.
• Project Duration: 45 Days.
• Description: The basic idea in this project was to reduce the man power and unsafe
activities involved and also improve the e.w.t. for the worker.

2. Main Project:
• Title: “Design of windshield glass lifting mechanism and improve ergonomics and
productivity”
• Project Duration: 45 Days.
• Description: The object of the project was to reduce the cost, manpower, and improve
ergonomics and productivity.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• I had done the project on carrousal and sub assembly lay out in mahindra and mahindra
zaheerabad.
• Before the process 5 operators are required to complete the operation but after the usage
of mechanism there required only 3 operators.
• Reduced one manpower saving a cost of 2.6 lakhs per annum
• Eliminated nva movements and reduced work content by 2.5 minutes.
• Design of ewt increased by 3 minutes from 357 to 360
