The 9th provincial highway is an important infrastructure which across the downtown city, it’s hard to imagine
that such a major road is a two-lane usage boulevard. In this situation, barely no doubt, it’s possible to expect
the crowd and congestion after Suao-Hualien freeway opens.
By statistical data from TANFB (Taiwan area national freeway bureau, MOTC), we could speculate the amount
of cars in reasons. Computer calculations set us a standard reference, now we focus on what will happen
further then.
