HOW LONG IS IT REALLY GOING TO TAKE
Resource Proficency Code

 RPC Indicates how proficient a resource will be at
 executing a given task.

 0 ------------------ 1
 Lowest ----------- highest

 Assume RPC = 0.8
 So, Elapsed Time for a 6 hour Task= 6/RPC
 = 6/0.8 = 7.5 hours
Rescource Availability Code

 RAC specifies the availability of the resource to work
 on the task.

 0 ------------------ 1
 Lowest ----------- highest

 Assume RAC = 0.5
 So, Elapsed Time for the 6 hour Task= 6/RPC/RAC
 = (6/0.8)/o.5 = 15 hours
Add Contingency

 Add 20% contingency to allow for any unforeseen
 events/emergencies

 Assume contingency = 20%
 So, Elapsed Time for the 6 hour Task= 6/RPC/RAC
  + contingency
 =( (6/0.8)/o.5 ) + (15%)= 18 hours
