What more the DCC would like to do…
• Online training modules (self-training)
• Legal service (had to cut resources for this)
• More case study work
• Down and dirty with researchers; you learn a lot,
and so do they!

How are we different in Phase 3?
• Smaller, more focused
• Hub and spoke model
• Revision of management approach
• Further improvement of internal systems
• Complete revision of web site
• Make resources much easier to find
