***** Instructions for use! ***** 1. When downloading pictures from your camera put them in 1 folder (doesn’t matter where or what you call it). Everything that’s in the folder (and only what’s in it) will get put into the PowerPoint so save yourself some time and create a folder for each workshop. I would also suggest using only one camera during a workshop and not renaming the pictures – this tool will maintain the order of the pictures taken (earliest file names first in the presentation). 2. Open EasyImporter, make sure to click “Enable Macros” when it asks you 3.Hit the “ALT” & “F8” keys together on your keyboard Click Run “A_options_pic_import” 4. A pop-up box will ask you WHICH STYLE OF IMPORT YOU’D LIKE, which folder the pictures are in, after selecting the appropriate folder click “ok” 5.Let the magic happen
