A report evaluating Deptford Green's 'TEACH' Citizenship Outreach Programme, which has sought to spread best practice in Citizenship Education to over 300 stakeholders over the past 18 months.

4. Commentary: the vast majority of educationalists learn about our pioneering Citizenship work through word of mouth; people speak extremely highly about Deptford Green through their formal and informal networks.

5. Commentary: educationalists from subjects or positions other than directly relating to Citizenship received the majority of training. This highlights how other schools are grasping that Citizenship is more than a subject, extending 1) through student voice and leadership to impact upon the culture and ethos of the school, and 2) as a pathway to bring relevance and engagement to learning experiences in any subject.
