Egnyte is one of the leading enterprise cloud storage providers. Many large enterprises choose Egnyte as their main cloud and on-premise storage solution.
However, even if an organization’s primary cloud storage is Egnyte, employees often use a variety of cloud services to accomplish their tasks.
Take this example:
For note taking, web clipping, and photos many employees will end up using Evernote: one of the most popular note-taking cloud services on the market.
However, if an organization is standardized on Egnyte cloud storage, it is difficult to collaborate and share Evermore notes, clips, and photos with other team members and teams via Egnyte.
How can you ensure that the Evernote notes of your employees are stored in Egnyte? How can you share an important note which has been created in Evernote with a team that is using Egnyte? How can you backup all Evernote notes to Egnyte storage?
cloudHQ is the solution.
With cloudHQ each employee can have all of their Evernote notes sync’d securely (and in real-time) with a dedicated folder in their Egnyte account in PDF, HTML or Microsoft Office format. Their notes then can easily be shared via Egnyte, sync’d using Egnyte Desktop Sync, and backed up to Egnyte storage. And since cloudHQ sync is two-way, users can also upload documents into Evernote simply by dropping them into an Egnyte folder.
Here is how easy it is to use:
You are in a meeting and you use Evernote to take meeting notes.
And cloudHQ magic happens - your notes are automatically uploaded into your Egnyte folder.
