Reconnecting With Hume

  1. An e-mentoring plan for the Hume community personnel who shared the ‘stepping into an e-learning journey’ – an exploring e-learning level - with Coach Carole in 2008. This plan takes the group up to the second level – implementing e-learning . Activities in this plan prepares the participants for the third and final level – embedding e-learning – a goal for 2010. So there is a new pattern emerging for Hume: 2008 – Level 1 participants in exploring mode 2009 – new Level 1 participants in exploring mode PLUS 2008 participants in implementation mode 2010 – new level 1 participants, 2009 participants in level 2, 2008 participants in level 3. Growing capacity and a group of potential e-learning mentors and coaches.
