Asset Management Services As asset managers we act to ensure that all interests of the owners are protected Oversight of existing management company Property reviews including local hotel market overview and competitive strengths and weaknesses Compliance reviews of leases, franchise and management agreements, loan documents, etc. Management and franchise company selection services and contract negotiation Capital expenditure project review, approval and implementation oversight Service contract and lease negotiation 7
- 8. Receivership Services As court appointed receivers we act in the best interest of a property’s creditors to ensure that their financial interests are protected and correctly accounted for. We provide oversight of the management company and its day to day operation of the property. Where appropriate we negotiate with franchise companies to postpone or delay any scheduled product improvement plans as well as any punitive actions planned on their part.
