- 2. Unnoticed addiction
It's easy to understand that addiction to alcohol and drug is
harmful. Meanwhile, few people notice that arts such as
music, painting and play and all kinds of sports are also
addictions.addictions.
In fact, we can get satisfaction while we are enjoying them,
however our satisfaction will disappear immediately after
leaving them. In this sense, arts and sports are the same as
alcohol and drug.

- 3. Whether addiction or not?
If we divide addicts into two and analyze the enjoying side
and the creating side, the enjoying side is addicted by 100%.
And even if they are the creating side, they are addicts if their
satisfaction disappears instantly after leaving them. However, satisfaction disappears instantly after leaving them. However,
they aren't addicts if they keep their satisfaction after leaving
them. What is the turning point of whether addicts or not?

- 4. Addiction is an attachment
I think it depends on their motivations. If they care only for
their satisfaction, they are addicts And if they care for others'
happiness, they aren't addicts. In other words, self-
satisfaction is sensory satisfaction and giving joy to others issatisfaction is sensory satisfaction and giving joy to others is
deep mental satisfaction. If it is sensory satisfaction
(i.e.brain), it will disappear when it loses an object. And it
will be transformed into uncomfortable if it exceeds a certain
degree. To the contrary, deep mental satisfaction is imprinted
in our consciousness, so it will last for a long time.

- 5. Don’t be deceived!
As a matter of fact, most of the business make use of this
addiction to make profit. It must be easy for them to deceive
those who have delusion that sensory self-satisfaction is
good. We will be damaged economically and mentally if we
are deceived for a long time. So we have to see the reality notare deceived for a long time. So we have to see the reality not
to be deceived by appearances as soon as possible. In order to
see the reality, we need calm mind. And in order to have
calm mind, it's inevitable to eliminate self-centered mind
such as arrogance, greed and attachment and to cultivate
reason such as compassion, warm-heart and gentleness.
