2. I grew up in Underwood, MN and have been
living in Fargo for the last 10 years.
I am a Registered Nurse at Sanford and am
completing my BSN degree.
My Husband and I have been married for 3
years and recently became first time parents.

3. We have two dogs, Darby and Lola. They love
going to the dog park and playing catch 
I love going out to eat, crafting and shopping
but most of all I love spending time with my
son, Ivan 

4. Women in this country along with several other
countries live under Muslim laws in which
women are denied certain rights.
Women in Sudan have been arrested for
wearing pants in public and sentenced to
lashes.

5. In developing countries woman’s life
expectancy is decreased due to lack of
technologies.
Some woman of Sudan who’s duties were to
collect firewood have been eased by the
provision of gas cylinders and stoves.

6. Women Living Under Muslim Law (WLUML)
was formed by women from various countries
including Sudan.
The purpose is to engage in activities such as
coordinating international action alerts to
decrease the amount of women stoned and
killed, human rights and international
agreements on the rights of women.
