This document outlines the steps involved in preparing an environmental assessment for a proposed project, including determining if a Finding of No Significant Impact or Environmental Impact Statement is required, drafting the assessment with summaries of technical, economic and environmental impacts and mitigation measures as well as alternatives, issuing public notification through the Environmental Notice website and libraries for review, and producing a final assessment with agency identification, project description, determination, and all public comments and responses.
