Section of the auditorium and gym construction
In the conviction that public architecture has the
task of not only trying to meet the functional needs
of the community, but also pursuing the redevelop-
ment of a site so that it can become a pole of
attraction and socialization, the project has aimed to
achieve a fragment urban space in which this
building represents the emergence of a set of
functions linked system of internal trails within the
area and at the same time, open to the city. The
building is designed as a large rectangular

characterized by different structural levels. Of
these, the mid-altitude site in the outer areas, link to

Spanish Ambassador’s home and retreat serving both the
enterprise and political activity. Flexibilities and opportuni-
ties for extension were necessary due to the changing
needs of this diplomatic position. Within the building,

addition of the patios, terraces and porches.

Development of a strategic mixed-use site located

South of the Albanian capital. It sits against the lake,
which is surrounded by a chain of parks and green
spaces. This arrangement provides lucrative oppor-
tunities for development and regeneration. Extract-
ing inspiration from this relationship, the design
proposal seeks to itenerate these natural circum-
stances into an internally autonomous urban system
that liberates a central space of activity as rings of Height diagram
