5. Once you click on the link, the download will start and a box saying ‘java starting’ will appear on your screen.

6. A small box will appear on the screen Click OK to download the application (highlighted in pink) (highlighted in pink) (highlighted in pink)

7. The download will start. Please let it run. If you get a message from your computer asking to trust the application, click ‘yes’ (or trust) the application, click ‘yes’ (or trust)

8. Once the download has finished, the Elluminate room will automatically be launched

9. The elluminate room will open and you will be asked to choose your connection. You will probably be LAN or ADSL (if you aren’t sure, just choose one of those) and click OK click OK

10. Finally check your sound and microphone are working properly. Go to Tools >> Audio >> Audio Setup Wizard, and let the application run and let the application run and let the application run
