The document outlines plans for a cultural event called "Grazing in the Grass @ Ithaka" organized by the cultural policy group. The event was a picnic with acoustic music performances near Het Kartuizerklooster that was intended to bring together students from Leuven and Louvain-la-Neuve. Plans included afternoon tea, musical performances, guided tours in French, and a performance by The Talking Donkeys in the evening. Partners like Ithaka and a local gallery provided funding and support to make the event free for students.

Leuven
• Museum M brought this to our attention. They said they
had few visitors from the French speaking part of
Belgium
• We always wanted to keep this idea, also after our
collaboration stopped
• Distance not too big, but no activities together
• The more we organize events, the more the two cities will
grow to each other
