Blower motor runs but combustion does not start Trouble Shooting / Chiller does not run Gas control valve moves The motor moves to full open then stops.After that  no more moving Protect relay is out of order The motor is out of order Check if the air flow switch is ON Check setting of air flow switch Setting of 33LO is shifted incorrectly Setting of 33H is shifted incorrectly After full open position, the motor moves to full close then stops.After that no more moving Protect relay is out of order The motor is out of order Check if the air flow switch is ON Check setting of air flow switch Setting of 33LO is shifted incorrectly Setting of 33L is shifted incorrectly Gas control valve  does not move Protect relay is out of order   Setting of 33H or 33L is shifted incorrectly The motor is out of order Data8-4
Trouble Shooting / Chiller does not run The motor is out of order Check 43AB if the switch is turned to run If SOLUTION LEVEL alarm occured at start-up, blower does not run   Contact of the air flow switch is welded Check if the motor is in full close.There is a case that the motor stops in half way position after power failure   Protect relay is out of order Check if chilled water pump interlock signal come  to the microprocessor Check if cooling water pump interlock signal come to the microprocessor Check if ventilation fan interlock signal come to  the microprocessor Fuse is blow-out Interlock Blower motor does not run Data8-5

Trouble Shooting / Chilled water temp is high The motor is out of order Cooling water problem Flow rate is inadequate Cooling water temp is too high Partition plate in water box is removed Absorber and condenser tubes are fouled Cooling water pump control malfunction Strainer is clogged Air is existing in cooling water line Ambient temperature and/or humidity are too high Cooling water control valve malfunction Cooling water sprinkling condition is bad Cooling tower fan malfunctions Cooling tower fan belt is broken Cooling water temp control thermostat malfunction   Data8-8
Trouble Shooting / Chilled water temp is high Solution problem Absorbent flow rate is insufficient Refrigerant amount  is insufficient Alcohol is insufficient Contamination of refrigerant Solution flow rate is not adjusted properly Heat exchanger is clogged with foreign materials Cooling water inlet temperature is too low Refrigerant blow down is needed Foaming condition in high temp generator is violent due to  contamination of absorbent solution with foreign material Wrong inverter setting Check valve malfunctions Wrong damper adjustment Heat transfer tubes of high/low temp heat exchangers leaks Data8-9
Trouble Shooting / Chilled water temp is high The motor is out of order Crystallization Combustion problem #1 absorbent pump  cavities Ambient temperature is too low Cooling water inlet temp is too low with insufficient air purging and vacuum condition is not good Gas flow rate is  insufficient R-up set is too low Air/gas linkage is shifted to low fire Gas supply pressure fluctuates Chilled water temperature setting is too high Chilled water temp. sensor is out of order Solution flow rate is not adjusted properly Cooling water inlet temp fluctuates violently Vacuum condition in the chiller is bad Absorbent solution is insufficient Alcohol is insufficient Microprocessor is out of order Data8-10
Trouble Shooting / Chilled water temp is high The motor is out of order Electric problem Parts,setting position Solution level electrode malfunction Wrong setting on microprocessor and inverter Electric parts & sensors are broken Wrong position of select switches Electrode is contaminated Teflon tube is removed from the electrode Electrode is dropped down Data8-11

Trouble Shooting / Generator alarm Absorbent flow problem Absorbent flow rate is inadequate L.T.G. tubes are broken Wrong adjustment Orifice provided in the pipe between L.T.G. and condenser is clogged Heat exchanger(s) tubes are broken Cooling water temperature is too low Refrigerant blow down is inadequate Foaming condition of absorbent in H.T.G is violent due to  the fact that foreign material exists in the absorbent Wrong inverter setting Check valve malfunctions Damper setting is not proper Heat exchanger(s) is (are) clogged Refrigerant is contaminated by absorbent solution Data8-15
