4. Outdoor Media
Regulatory Authority
In consultation with outdoor
advertisers, Government of Pakistan
must form OMRA by end of 2013 for
development of outdoor media and
soft image of Pakistan. Outdoor
media policy must be applicable all
across the country. Startup loans
must be given by SMEDA and SME
Bank to businesspersons and fresh
graduates for erecting new sites in
neglected areas.
5. Digital Media
Regulatory Authority
In consultation with digital media
players, Government of Pakistan
must form DMRA by end of 2013
for development of digital media
and soft image of Pakistan. Digital
media policy must be applicable all
across the country. Startup loans
must be given by SMEDA, SME Bank
and FWBP to businesspersons and
fresh graduates for email
advertising and mobile advertising
in neglected areas. Special
allowance must be given to skilled
professionals for FATA, Baluchistan
and Gilgit-Baltistan.
