 Does the store draw you in? If so how ?
   Yes the store draws me in due to the smell of
     the bakery products specially the “shawarma.”
 Is the door open or closed?
    It is closed
 How does this make you feel?
    It makes me feel good. I don’t like shops
     having doors open all the time.

   It says “Ayaans Bakers”
    written in big English font.
    That lights up during
     the night.
 What does it tell you
  about the store?
   It tells me that the shop
    sells bakery products

 What is the color scheme of the
  store? How does this affect
   you?
   The color scheme is yellowish.
    Which gives a soothing affect
    during winters.
 What type of the floor does the
 store have?
   The floor has tiles which
    looks beautiful and clean.
Environment
 How high is the ceiling?
   The ceiling is almost 13 ft high.
    It gives a good look to store.
 How brightly lit the store is ?
   The store is filled with lights.
    Every eatable is easily visible
    to customers.
 How loud is the environment?
   The environment is not at all
    loud and is peaceful.

  smell?
   Yeah the store has a distinct
    smell of different eatables.
 Where is the cash register
  located?
   The cash register is located
    at the center of the shop as
    shown in image.
 How visible is the store security?
   The security is not visible.
    There are hidden cameras.

 How long do you want to stay
 in the shop?
   There are a lot of good eatables
    so I want to stay here forever.

 the perceived value of
 merchandise?
   Yes it does.

 a salesman initiates contact?
   The sales person contacts
    almost immediately.
 Does the salesman treat
 different customers differently?
   No, the sale man treats every
    customer in a similar manner.

 to customers?
   There are 3 sales person. And
    customers come in different
    numbers but are managed easily

 employees?
   They are all male and around
    25-30 years old.
 Do the sale person have uniform?
   There is no particular uniform.
 Do the sales people match the
 store’s image?
   No they don’t.

 notice?
   The first product I notice are the
    things placed in the displaying
    shelf.
 How are the products arranged?
   Products are arranged by
    function.
 What products are at eye level?
   Products that are expensive yet
    tasty are at eye level.

 find?
   Yes, there is a list given of each
    product that is offered. One
    can find the price in it without
    any problem
 Are there impulse items near
 the cash register?
   Yes there are impulse items near
    the cash register.

 Are customers alone or with
 someone else?
   Rarely a customer is alone. But
    most of the times they come in
    groups (friends, family etc)
 What is the average age and
 gender of customers?
   Its very dynamic. But mostly I
    noticed that youngster were in
    a greater number. And the male
    outnumbered females.

 shop?
   They stay for 10-15 mins on
    average.
 Do customers touch the
 products? Is this encouraged?
   Customers can touch some
    products placed in the fridge
    shown. But most products can
    not be touched. It is encouraged
    though.

   Mostly they are just browsing.
 What percent of customers
 purchase the product in store?
   Roughly 98% of people leave
    shop after buying something.
    There were very few cases of
    customer leaving empty
    handed.

    It makes everything bright and
    clear. I like it.

    looks beautiful and clean.

    It gives a good look to store.
 How brightly lit the store is ?
   The store is filled with lights.
    Each product is easily visible.

   The environment is noisy
    due to the rush of customers.

    right at the exit of the store..

    No females come in the shop.

 This assignment help me learned many new things
