2. Initial idea concept 1
The concept of the video is my main character being sad
and depressed because of the fact how they had to change
the place they live at. As soon as they move, it just shows
all the cons of their new home and just goes in more
depth about what the main protagonist is experiencing. At
the beginning of the video, it shows all the old photos
before the move and as the video progresses, a lot more
photos are added because it just shows how that
protagonist has changed over the years.
3. Initial idea concept 2
My second idea is based on the same narrative story
however it is different because the photos wouldn’t be
added and it would just tell the audience a long story and
let them figure it out themselves. Different mise-en-scene
elements would be used even though it would still be
about the same theme, it would be different as it wouldn’t
be as depressing and I would make the character look/act
more happy. I’d make them act as they are more happier
about this big change. The con of this is that a lot of my
target audience will disagree with the video but I want to
make sure that they all understand it because then more
people would consume it.
4. Initial idea concept 3
Going back to my first initial idea, this one is similar
because the narrative of it would include photos and
videos too but maybe it would be set differently of the fact
that the main protagonist loses all their friends so that is
one of the reasons for them to move away because they
get very upset and useless in the place they are living at.
Then, when they move to their new home, their life turns
out to be very good and they are happy with it and the
lyrics “Don’t think I could forgive you” are now just a
dream.
