• 最好 3 個 Objectives,每個 Objectives
有 3 – 4 個 Key Results
• 最多一季最多不要超過 5 個 O,每個 O
最多不要超過 4 個 Key Results.

• 盡量設定具挑戰性的目標
• 完成表定目標 (meet expectation)
→ 0.6 ~ 0.7
• 超越目標 (outperform)
→ 0.8 and above
• Key Results 必須能量化、衡量成效
• 不是 task list,e.g.
■ Release beta version of the product.
■ Launch a monetizing tab.
■ Create a new training program.
■ Develop a new lead generation campaign.

Some tips
• Do 1:1 meetings frequently.
• 不浪費不相關人的時間
• 聯繫感情,拉近彼此距離
• 會議可以頻繁,但時間很短
• Be short.
• 會議以 5分鐘為單位,盡量不超過 30 分鐘
• Do it only when necessary
• 必要時才開會,平常增加溝通可以增加默契,減
少開會浪費時間

向將 Roadmap 分為幾個階段執行。
• 依照 Roadmap 打造時,宜以 MVP 的概念,不斷測試
市場水溫,跟著修正。
• 實作過程中,因為市場不斷在變化,隨時可能改變,所
以不適合一個 OKR 到底,必須要根據市場變化、使用者
回饋,循著 roadmap 為主的方向雙邊討論、訂定、調
整、執行。
