Revision for iKala 2018 • 盡量設定具挑戰性的目標 • 完成表定目標 (meet expectation) → 0.6 ~ 0.7 • 超越目標 (outperform) → 0.8 and above • Key Results 必須能量化、衡量成效 • 不是 task list,e.g. ■ Release beta version of the product. ■ Launch a monetizing tab. ■ Create a new training program. ■ Develop a new lead generation campaign. “70% completion are a fantastic result”
