Executive Summary:


AI was incorporated in Afghanistan in 2002 and has performed work for various DOD, UN, USAID, NGO and
NATO/ISAF clients in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.        AI is a 100% owned & operated Afghan
American Corporation incorporated in both the United States and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
We hold licenses for Transportation, Construction and other various other services; we have offices in Kabul,
Kandahar, Jalabad, Herat, Mazar-e-Sharif and Washington, DC. Our experienced employees have previously
worked for the US & Afghan Government and maintain contacts with many decision makers within the US
Government and most Ministerial and high ranking Afghan officials. These relationships allow us to move
quicker, cheaper and safer than many other Afghan companies doing the same or similar business in
Afghanistan. The Assadi Family has been in the service of the Afghan people and the nation for four
generations starting with their great-grandfather Mohammad Wessal Assadi who was the Governor of two
provinces under King Z. Shah and was continued by their Grandfather & Father. This tradition of service to
the Afghan people by the Assadi family is the ambition of M. Farid Assadi and M. Daoud Assadi who continue
to pursue extensive roles in the international efforts and ongoing reconstruction process of Afghanistan. Our
goal is to create Self Sustainment for the Afghan People in order to pursue Rebuilding, Capacity building, Re-
education, Democracy and Peace for Afghanistan.

Hours of Operation: AI Inc. operations are 24/7/365 days per year.

Reach/Scope of Operation: AI has trucks servicing all regions of Afghanistan and past performance for over
2,600 missions since 2004. AI continues to work with the leadership of the ISAF NATO/US DOD/US
TRANSCOM/CENTCOM and other organizations to ensure satisfying all mission requirements and that
readiness is achieved on every mission. This is to include every Forward Operating Base (FOB) in the country
of Afghanistan with tracking systems and security for each truck.

Additional Trucks: We have secured an additional 300 trucks for the upcoming NAT Contract (National
Afghan Trucking) & ANT due to be awarded on/about 11/30/2011.

We are also prepared to use our land near Mazar/Hairaton for supporting Retrograde of US, UK and
ISAF/NATO forces & equipment departing Afghanistan.

Airport Services:

AI can provide fixed wing or rotary aircraft from Kabul, Mazar, Herat, Kandahar or other points within Afghanistan. We
can assist with setting up Hub Operations at Mazar Airport w/full Government support.

We have direct approval from the Ministry of Civil Aviation & Transportation (MOTCA) for ramp parking spots at Kabul
Airport and 4 ramp parking spots at Mazar Sharif Airport. *The US DOD has begun expansion of the Ramps & Taxiways
at Mazar to replace operations in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The capacity of the taxiways will support C-5 Galaxy’s and other
Heavy Aircraft. In addition to the ramp parking spots AI has secured 8 acres of land at Mazar Airport for development &
potential hub operations.

           USG issued and work has begun to increase ramp capacity to handle up to C5 Galaxies.
           Addition of Fire Fighting Equipment to reduce insurance risk and bring Airport up to speed.
           Addition of additional equipment to handle unloading of 747’s
           New Terminal is being built for passengers
           Additional Fuel Bladders being built on property. Available 4 ramp parking spots for rent

Alternative offices/warehouse on airport but not off ramp –

AI can offer temporary office spaces at Airport until Hangar is completed.

We have received permission to add 40’ trailers on to the Airport property for temporary use by Client’s employees until
the Client’s Hangars are constructed on the 4 acres and Client’s Offices are built on the 100 acres adjacent to Airport.

Afghanistan. Governor Noor - Ustad Atta Mohammed Noor is the current Governor of Balkh Province (Mazar-e-Sharif) in
Afghanistan. Mr. Noor was appointed Governor of Balkh Province by Hamid Karzai in late 2004. Under his leadership,
Balkh Province has been one of the most peaceful and successful in the country. Governor Ustad Atta Mohammad Noor
in 2007 totally eliminated poppy cultivation in Balkh. Governor Noor has a very strong working relationship with NATO
ISAF commanders from the USA, Germany, Sweden and other NATO ISAF members.

                                   Potential Hub Operations
        HUB OPERATIONS AT MAZAR-E-SHARIF AIRPORT

        AI has secured 8 acres of land at Mazar Sharif International Airport from the Islamic
            Government of Afghanistan. We hold the deed for this land and can lease/build as
            we choose to add a commercial air cargo hub at Mazar. This land could be used to
            build Hangars, Warehouses and Customs Clearance offices on the Airport property
            in order to process import/export items. The US Government and German
            Government just announced that they are building a permanent NATO airbase at
            Mazar. This airport will be a major hub for good/services into Afghanistan for
            many years.

        MAZAR AIRPORT SERVICES

        In addition to the land at the airport in Mazar, AI has received permission to utilize 4
            Ramp Parking spots at Mazar Airport and airport services for loading/unloading for
            them. Immediate use of 4 Ramp spots at the Airport for Rotary/Aircraft
            Operations, Temporary Warehouses off site within ½ mile, Customs Warehouse
            within one mile, trucking to any point in AFG, Accommodations for ground and
            flight personnel, Visas for personnel and Security for all Client personnel.
            Flight and Maintenance personnel will have access to the American and German
            bases for recreational purposes.

6. Zabi Enterprise FOB Fenty, US Army (A Joint Venture Project between Xala & Zabi to deliver High Speed Internet to 3000+ Solders at FOB Fenty)

Description of work: Designed, Installed and Commissioned base -Wide Wireless Broadband Internet Service coverage area of more
than 3 square miles. This implementation included full delivery of two fully redundant Data Centers & NOCs one in the Base and
another inside City with full failover and redundancy and mirroring features. The components included high-availability facility
infrastructure (generators, UPS, precision cooling, etc), active-active firewall clusters, core and edge switches and routers, layer 4-7
load balancer clusters, redundant bandwidth mangers and packet shapers, web/proxy servers, email servers, common storage
(SAN/NAS),network backup solutions, management and monitoring, web and application hosting, including OSS/BSS/AAA billing,
element management system, user management and control Solutions for Fenty Wireless ISP (“WISP”).

This land could be used to build Hangars, Warehouses and Customs Clearance offices on the Airport property in order to process import/export items.
