12. Meet The Team… David Wycherley Senior Recruitment Consultant David joined Clarity in March 2009 from Salisi Human Capital. Salisi specialised in head hunting and developing senior sales/pre-sales personnel across the IT industries worldwide. David has four years experience in the recruitment industry, after initially being trained as a professional musician. Using these four years he has developed his network and market knowledge whilst building a cabinet of achievements along the way – three times regional sales winner and seven times regional achiever – are examples of the awards he has won in his past positions. David understands what ingredients make you successful in this industry and specialises in the Midlands and North regions. James Ward Managing Director James founded Clarity in April 2006 with the aim to create a niche recruitment-to-recruitment company, supplying IT Recruitment Consultants into the IT Recruitment sector, in which his background lies. James has built Clarity using the skills he developed during the 6 years he spent within a brand of the SThree Group. James achieved several accolades within the company, including him being named as one of the highest achieving contract consultants in Manchester and one of the most successful Business Leaders within the Group in the Leeds office. Ashley Boardman Research & Operations Manager Ashley joined the company in March 2010 - This is her first taste of recruitment after previously working in the property and construction sector. As the Research &Operations Manager it is her job to oversee all office management tasks including research, advertising, marketing, finance, database management and Human Resourcing as well as supporting the team in their roles to help them provide a service that is second to none.
