supplier diversity in the Accenture procurement process.

2. executives who serve as one-on-one mentors to help build their businesses as well as successfully
navigate a large organization like Accenture. She also developed and managed the curricula for quarterly
training symposia as part of the 18-month DSDP program, providing invaluable knowledge capital and

companies both large and small to create and improve diversity program results, drive adoption and
achieve corporate objectives.”
New Director Expands CVM’s Data Content and Delivery Capabilities
Wasif joins CVM with over 10 years’ experience managing various Procurement Data and Spend
management programs. During the past five years, Wasif managed all aspects of ADP’s Supplier
Diversity program in which he helped ADP’s Supplier Diversity program grow by over 200% in overall
spend.
Wasif partnered with internal business leaders to increase diverse spend across the professional services
area, resulting in an increase of 60% in two years. He worked with internal stakeholders on various
projects including diversity inclusion, sustainability, and business unit segmentation. He also organized
and coordinated the company’s first diversity fair that was held at ADP’s corporate headquarters. This
included matching up ADP’s executive-level decision makers and procurement buyers with potential
3. diverse companies that were vetted and ready to provide services or products to ADP. This event
included MBE’s and WBE’s, VBE’s, and businesses from the LGBT community. This was a huge success
and resulted in successfully increasing spend for the majority of the suppliers that attended.
Wasif also used his technology expertise to develop, implement and administer customized enterprise
business intelligence and data warehousing solutions, and to reengineer the ADP Procurement fleet
financials database to provide the capability of allocating financial costs to appropriate business units
saving the department $1.6 million in fees and misallocated charges by various vendors. Additionally,
he developed a vendor database that contained detail rating metrics of potential suppliers and
informational links to maximize the effectiveness of the procurement process, and he developed
financial reporting systems that captured spend in various systems.
Wasif is an active member of the NY-NJ MSDC Diversity Council and has served on the certification
committee for businesses applying for diverse certification status.
As a result of his diversity program development success, Wasif was honored with the distinguished
2011 ADP’s Presidents Achievement Award for outstanding performance in Supplier Diversity.
“My goal is to continue to build CVM’s position as the leading provider of data and spend analytics to
the supplier diversity community,” Wasif Bokhari explained. “We are on a mission to further reduce our
data enrichment life cycle time to two weeks at the same time that we improve our data integrity,
quality and delivery. I intend to focus on what our customers’ real need and, as a former supplier
diversity manager, I understand the importance of data and spend and how to use them as tools for
measurement and growth.”
