1. Brewtronix - Hybrid Brewery Energy System
Our technology reduces the amount of experience required by the brewery staff, reduces the number of brewery staff employees, and reduces the
amount of annual energy consumption. Early upfront brewhouse design engineering reduces the lifecycle operational and maintenance costs of
the brewery, an estimate annual savings of $30,000 to $50,000 per year. This makes the new start up brewery more competitive when entering the
market.
PLC Autonomous Mash Control - allows repeatable multistage mash techniques and controls brewery temperature settings. Remembers recipe
setpoints for sharing within the alliance. Logs record energy usage
allocation and create a capital improvement strategy for the brewery.

Green / Clean Energy Grants
The PLC software monitors the energy usage of the brewery and our

Design Process
At the preliminary brewery design review we have 75% of the design work complete and at critical brewery design review we will have 95% of the
design complete. The design process includes generating the client’s requirements: i.e. 7 bbl brewery, step/decoction mash, modifiable control unit,
steam/electric powered, 25 gpm, 220 amps, etc. and then during the trade off analysis we prioritizing and weigh additional design considerations:
cost, materials (aesthetics, corrosion), steam vs. electrical, control system, Human Machine Interfaces, software, OSHA regs, logistical support, etc.
We deliver our design documents: brewhouse specs, equipment list, cost breakdown with alternatives, software psuedocode, configuration
management plan, wiring diagrams, installation instructions, and the test plan. Once the brewery is operational, we help with the operations and
maintenance of the business by developing Standard Operating Procedures, training videos, quality assurance and quality control, software
upgrades, and membership in the Craft Brew Crew Alliance.

3. Brewtronix – Mobile Leasable Brewery and Training Center
The Brewtronix MLBTC or Mobile Leasable Brewery and Training Center is a 4 BBL brewhouse integrated into two standard shipping
crates. The MLBTC can be leased and transported to startup breweries looking to generate initial cashflow while going through the
design, construction, initial operations and training of their own brewery. Advantages are 1) the MLBTC allows the customer to
lease a nano-sized brewery during the startup phase where most businesses fail, 2) transportable to any locale via tractor trailer, rail,
or container freight ship, 3) aids in training the brewery and restaurant staff prior to ribbon cutting, and 4) gives the investors and
business an opportunity to evaluate the scaling and size of brewery equipment needs prior to opening.

4. Brewery Consultancy
We provide startup breweries help with getting on track and advancing their projects to ribbon cutting. 11 years experience with engineering and
project management while developing, acquiring, and managing U.S. Navy Aviation systems and platforms (Fixed-wing, rotary wing, UAV’s, etc.).
We take a 5 phased lifecycle approach while implementing a cost plus incentive fee agreement… I.e. We get your company on track to meet
milestones and if we don’t, you don’t have to pay us.
