Here is a formation my team uses for 6v6 Flag Football. The run plays are highly effective in short gain situations since everyone on the line firing off acts like a blocking line even though we are not allowed to block. If a team packs it in to stop we go outside.

- 2. Explanation of Changes 1. We moved the RBs to the outside to cut down on QB/RB collisions 2. All trips will run the Stack routes. If we need to change one route we can call it from our audible list 3. All Kamikaze plays will come from under center so they can’t tell our run plays later in game 4. Eliminated RB passes 5. There is a fake to both sides to keep defense honest 6. The runs in shift right/left will come from shotgun formation so they can’t tell when we are running the ball 7. Purple and Red now do run plays from the outside- not shovel passes
- 3. OFFENSIVE FORMATION: KAMIKAZE PURPLE RUN or PURPLE MOTION FAKE and PASS Line of scrimmage 7 yard rush line 10 yard line .
- 4. OFFENSIVE FORMATION: KAMIKAZE BLUE RUN Line of scrimmage 7 yard rush line 10 yard line .
- 5. OFFENSIVE FORMATION: KAMIKAZE FAKE BLUE RUN- then HANDOFF GREEN- Green Count to 2 before going Line of scrimmage 7 yard rush line 10 yard line .
- 6. OFFENSIVE FORMATION: KAMIKAZE -RED RUN or : RED RUN FAKE then PASS Line of scrimmage 7 yard rush line 10 yard line .
- 7. OFFENSIVE FORMATION: KAMIKAZE GREEN RUN Line of scrimmage 7 yard rush line 10 yard line .
- 8. OFFENSIVE FORMATION: KAMIKAZE FAKE GREEN RUN then HANDOFF TO BLUE: BLUE COUNTS TO TWO BEFORE GOING Line of scrimmage 7 yard rush line 10 yard line
- 9. OFFENSIVE FORMATION: KAMIKAZE NEW PLAY (Well actually old, but we are bringing it back) Fake blue run- Pass to the left. If needed we can audible to Blue on the right. Line of scrimmage 7 yard rush line 10 yard line
