Work Experience
Present time: Since 1/2012 I have been on disability. I am now ready to return to the work force
in a part time position. I do not have restrictions as to work hours. I’m flexible. In the years since I
became disabled I have volunteered for the intake desk, accounting and marketing departments
at Longmont Humane Society, supervisor was Mallory Hochwender. Currently I volunteer for
Westminster Animal Management, supervisor is Kelli Jelen. I have completed and passed a

Service Coordinator/ Accounting Coordinator/Payroll
• Enter time card into Excel spreadsheet daily
• Process information from the spreadsheet and enter into the payroll system
• Code and enter accounts payable into the Computer Ease system
• Answer and return phone calls as needed regarding leaks, wind damage, tenant finish,
accepted contracts, etc. On a heavy rain/snow day there could be up to 100 [phone
calls.
• Generate work tickets
• Do the math for labor and materials with data taken from work tickets to generate an
invoice
• Worked closely with accounts receivable department regarding disagreements with
invoices that I had generated
• Prepare work in progress reports
• Meet with Service manager, an outside consultant, CEO and the Vice President of the
company with the detailed reports that I had generated about monthly earnings to make
sure that the Service department yearly goals were being met
