INNOVATIVE WORK
The present studies show happy people are the most innovative
and productive. Happiness quotient is the integral to a successful
cooperative strategy. Creativity may be integral and defined as the
ability or capacity of a person to discover and explore new idea,
including the rearrangement or reshaping of what already exist.
Creativity to the artist is the ability to evolve new approaches, forms
and new materials. To the scientist creativity is the ability to explore
and discover dynamic methods of teaching learning.
The materials used for this innovative work are a chart, some
pictures. Here a deer tries to reach his friend deer for this the deer
wants to overcome some obstacles. But in certain areas the obstacles can
be removed by correct selection and at last the deer reached his friend
deer. Through this I used to introduce parts of speech for the students.
For this interesting game the students realize parts of speech in a good
manner. The obstacles that were opened are the words that represent
parts of speech. By this innovative method the students can identify the
parts of speech effectively and interestingly.
3. CONCLVSION
Innovative work helps the teacher to teach something effectively.
Here we can increase the interest of the pupil and also we can avoid rote
learning by this interesting method. This type of innovative method and
creativity increasing games has an important role in English language
teaching. By this we can gain the interest of the pupil and also the
students learn English very interestingly.
