1. In the period of recession amount of building market operators has
diminished in 10 times. Only companies with sufficient level of

demand that is now returning to pre-recession levels.

2. Over the period since 2008 to 2011 Avantazh has succeeded to
increase its project portfolio to 1,1 – 1,2 million sq. m. with volume
of its own and borrowed investment equal to 1,5 billion euro.
