About COMEDK UGET: The COMEDK UGET is an Under Graduate (UG) entrance exam
carries out by the Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka to
give admission to suitable candidates in the various engineering courses at the affiliated
colleges.
COMEDK UGET 2014 Eligibility Criteria:
 Students must have passed 10+2 or 2nd PUC from any recognized university /
Institution or Board in the country
 Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Math’s and obtained a lowest
amount aggregate score of 45%. (40% for SC/ST)
 Physics and Math’s should be the required subjects along with any one of the
following elective subjects- Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology
 Candidates must have also studied English as a subject in the qualifying exam
 Candidates who have competed 10+3 Diploma from a recognized college with a
minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) are also eligible to apply.

3. COMEDK UGET 2014 Selection Procedure: on the basis of the mark scores in COMEDK
UGET 2014
COMEDK UGET 2014 Paper Pattern:
 Candidates will be tested in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry with 180 questions
(60 questions each)
 Duration of the exam will be 3 hours
 Candidates have to mark their answers on an OMR sheet
Marking:
 Each right answer will carries one mark.
 There will be no negative marking.
 In case the students give two answers to the same question, it will be considered as
wrong.
 If there is a tie in the mark, the board will consider the number of wrong and
unattended answers to come to the finishing conclusion.

 Candidates must apply online.
 The printout of the Online COMEDK UGET 2014 Application must be submitted
along with the particular supporting documents and the DD for the application fee to
COMEDK Office address given below.

 COMEDK UGET 2014 Counselling will be held in two phases.
 Candidates have to get their document verification done and pay the fees of Rs 50,000
by DD in favour of "COMEDK" payable at Bangalore.
 Candidates will have to register in person to be able to fill in their choices with regard
to the institutes and branch of engineering
 Seat Allotment will be announced once the seat selection is done and candidates have
to report accordingly to the allotted colleges/institutes
