    Restorative Theory
          -While sleeping, our body replenish lost chemicals and repairs
damaged muscles from past activities.
•
    Evolutionary Theory
         -According to some psychologists, humans and animals sleep in a
different times to avoid being present during their predator's normal hunting
times.
                                          Deers are always alert. They tend to
                                          sleep for only a few hours to ensure
                                          safety from predators




      Lions sleep mostly on the day and hunts
      mostly at night and early in the morning
      and sleeps or rests during the day. Lions
      does not worry about predators in the
      morning since they are rarely the prey
