A rash that feels and may appear as bumpy around the mouth area is known as perioral dermatitis. And let us not forget the most common out of the different types of dermatitis and that is atopic dermatitis, otherwise known as eczema.

As you can see, while these are not skin problems that will greatly interfere with a person's day to day life, they can be somewhat of a nuisance but they can be treated.
