ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS TO BRAINSTORMING GROUPS: 1) KEEP GROUPS SMALL -2 PIZZA RULE 2) KEEP GROUPS DIVERSE -DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS = DIFFERENT  PERSPECTIVES 3) EVERY MEMBER OF THE TEAM IS EQUAL -COMPANY RANK IS IRRELEVANT 4) LIMIT THE TIME OF THE SESSION -NO MORE THAN 60 MINUTES
