Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) is selling! What does it mean?
For the last 30 trading days, DII had sold INR 52,431 million worth of stocks. Guess who is the buyer? Foreign
Institutional Investors (FII). DII sells – FII buys! This is a sign of market weakness. This is a clear indicator that
market valuation is not justified. Who else would know much better about the market than its own people? DIIs
are from this country – they might know better about this country. They are making use of this situation and
cashing their money. So as value investors, better be patient in the current market scenario. Unlike market
experts think, we strongly believe that market will correct in coming days.
