2. 1. 2G SPECTRUM SCAM
CAG (Controller and Auditor General) agency.
 Raja….the former telecom minister allocated 2g
mobile spectrum licenses flouting rules.
 1.76 lakh crores revenue loss for India.
 Spectrum allocated beyond contracted quantities to 9
firms including
Airtel,Idea,Reliance,Vodafone,BSNL,Aircel.


3. No auctions, No bids….. Followed “first come-first serve”
policy.
 Unitech and Swan telecom got licenses without any
telecom experience.
 Swan telecom is not even having eligible criteria.
 Swan got license for 1,537cr. And sold for 4,200cr.
 Unitech got for 1,661cr. and sold for 6,200cr.


4. 2. COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010
SCAM
71 countries from world, about 2,000 staff, 18,000
volunteers,12 days of events.
 Being a prestigious issue for India….. only half of the
estimated finance was used for sports persons.
 Literally it is a loot of about 30,000cr. As the budget is
of 70,000cr.


5. It is because of Mr. Suresh kalmadi…. the initiator this
fraud was treated as “shame of India” instead of “scam of
India”.
 Fraud deals like this.. “buy material, I’ll give you
percentage”, “make policy in my favor”.
 Even IIT, Nit officers and AIR India's officers involved in
this scam.


6. 3.SATYAM SCAM




B. Ramalinga raju… the founder and
former chairman… an IT professional.
Fourth biggest outsourcing IT company in
India.
More than 50,000 employees from India.
Offers services to more than 550 MNCs.

7. Became biggest fraud in corporate
history to the tune of 14,000cr.
 More than 50,000 employees jobs were
at risk.
 7% of sensex has fallen down.

Since Raju can’t compensate the fraud
money, he announced to acquire
satyam to maytas prop. & maytas infra
with about 8,000cr.
 Ministry of corporate affairs enquired on
this whether any violation of laws of
strategy takes place.


stay poor”.
 A developing nation will stay
developing…… even for
generations.
 Financial imbalance over the
nation…….
 In peak stage…… it tends to
economic inflation.


9. HOW TO COMPENSATE THE LOSS

One should be sincere on their own
profession.

One should contribute their work for own
country’s development (outsourcing reduced).
Do not encourage corruption.
Directing ones professional goals towards
country’s vision.



